Do you know that the Bible teaches that all men are born in sin and are naturally inclined to do evil? Thus all men are in a lost state and condition. “All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way” (Isaiah 53:6). “For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness” (Mark 7:21-22). At this moment you are alive, you breathe, you move about or work. You may be living in comfort or existing in misery. The sun rises and sets; somewhere a child is being born; but also somewhere, someone is always dying. ALL OF LIFE IS ONLY A TEMPORARY ARRANGEMENT. BUT WHERE WILL YOU GO AFTER DEATH? Whether you are religious, or simply do not believe in any religion. This first man was Adam and his wife’s name was Eve. God provided a home for them in a beautiful garden. God loved Adam and Eve and they loved God. God instructed Adam to take care of the garden. God told them that they could eat anything they wanted, except from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and that they would die if they disobeyed. Good news—Jesus is alive! He arose from the grave! He said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6). Jesus wants to lead us home to His heavenly Father.
